Im having similar problems with my 2010 1.4tsi (92kw) seat leon, engine code CAXC. Every morning i start it, it sounds like this. 1.4 TSI Start noise. - YouTube WSLAWSON, did your car sound similar to mine? And did replacing the camshaft positioner solved the problem? And A8 tech, could falty camshaft positioner cause this noise??? Thanks!

The Leon diesel with the nearest PS rating is 106 CO2's and falls into the 16% tax bracket. For a 20% tax payer the TSI 140 PS like mine is ÂŁ44 a month, the diesel is ÂŁ52 a month.

2 June 2020 at 8:31PM. If it's a 1.2 TSi, then there's a known fault with the turbo actuator (I think VAG/SEAT call it the Charge Pressure Control Actuator). The vanes in the turbo carbon up and stick causing the actuator position sensor to play up so it detects an overboost, trips into limp mode and cause a EPC light.
